PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rewrite printer type card issuing machine which is installed at a storefront in a vending machine, prints a thermal recording rewrite card and offers it to a consumer when coins, etc., are thrown in small-sized, light in weight and inexpensive and to improve the consistency of the speed and operation cycle of a print card transferred to each part. SOLUTION: A print card PC in a lower layer of a card feeding part 11 is sent out to a card carrying path PL of an adjacently provided rewrite printer part 12 and is ejected from a taking out opening 12c after print processing. Rotations are transferred from one shaft end 13b to a card feeding driving mechanism 15 through a power transferring part 14 for card feeding by using a motor 13A for position control which projects a rotating shaft 13a to an only driving source 13 in both directions, and rotations are transferred from the other shaft end 13c to a card carrying driving mechanism 12A through a power transferring part 16 for card carrying. That makes it easy to maintain the consistency of each transfer speed and operation cycle of the print card PC in the part 11 and a rewrite printer part 12 with high accuracy.
