PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a vibration dumping device without modifying a foundation or sharp modification in the device for a spherical tank. SOLUTION: In a vibration dumping device 1 fitted to a spherical tank 2 having a spherical shell 5 for storing fluid G in the inside to suppress the vibration of the tank, movable weight bodies 7 and 9 placed reciprocatively movable in an about horizontal direction are equipped on guide rollers 6 and 8 fitted to the lower part of the shell 5, and in the weight bodies 7 and 9a of which are made into a curved surface protrudedly formed at given curvature along in a reciprocatively moving direction.
