PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce traffic in calling and in registering a position in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: A notice information receiving means 1a receives a notice information. A base station ID extracting means 1b extracts a base station ID from the notice information. When the base station ID is changed, a base station change accumulation means 1c stores the pair of the base station ID before/after the change and the number of its changing times. A personal position registering area setting means 1d sets a personal position registering area. A personal position registering area storing means 1e stores the personal position registering area and a base station ID corresponding to it by correlating. A position registering area detecting means 1f detects whether change is generated in a presently registered personal position registering area. When the means 1f detects the change of the personal position registering area, a position registering means 1g informs an exchanging station 2 of a new personal position registering area to execute position register. |
