PURPOSE: A mounting bracket is provided to fix steel parts made of different material from a vehicle body to a vehicle body of complex material. CONSTITUTION: A mounting bracket(3) to fix steel parts to a vehicle body of complex material is composed of an accessory side plate(31) and a pair of side plates of a vehicle body. The accessory side plate is contacted with the coupling surface of the steel parts and coupling on the coupled surface. The side plates of a vehicle body(32) has a supporting surface(34) stood opposed to the top of the accessory side plate and supporting the periphery of the coupling surface of the vehicle body and a coupling surface concaved towards the inner side from the supporting surface and coupled on the coupling surface of the vehicle body(35).
