<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the results data on the communication speed of a certain time band before a circuit is connected by providing a 1st results data detection means which acquires the results data on the data communication efficiency of a certain time band and a display control means which shows the results data detected by the 1st results data detection means on a display unit. SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing unit 8 discriminates whether a command is inputted or not to indicate the confirmation of the graph display data set based on the results data on the communication speed of the Web site of a connecting destination. If the input of the said command is discriminated, the results data on the communication speed of the Web site of the connecting destination are read. Then the unit 8 produces the graph display data based on the results data on the communication speed of the Web site of the connecting destination and then shows a graph on a display unit 3 based on the produced graph display data.</p> |
