PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grid-like winding, which is not merely a winding but works as a multifunctional coil by increasing the width, thickness, number of turns, and accuracy of the winding beyond the limit of the width, thickness, number of turns, and accuracy of the winding and the widths of a conductive material and an insulating materials to exceed the limits of the widths of these materials. SOLUTION: In order to increase the width, thickness, and accuracy of a grid-like winding used for a grid-like pattern beyond the limits of the width, thickness, and accuracy of the winding and the widths of a conductive material and an insulating materials to exceed the limits of the widths of the materials, the winding is released from the flexibility restriction which is indispensable to the working of the winding and coping the very small limit of a complex pattern, which is tentatively called a 'bonsai' pattern coil with thin-film treatment or photo-edging and the large limit of the pattern with a press working means and substantially increasing the selective ranges of the conductive material and insulating material along with accuracy improvement.
