PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely register a slave set to a fixed station without operating the fixed station side. SOLUTION: The fixed station 2 operates by a registering mode in a prescribed time set to a timer 16 after supplying power. When a registering request by radio waves 4 is executed by control by a control part 22 responding to registering operation to the operation part 24 of the slave set 3, the control part 12 of the station 2 controls an ID code to be transmitted. The part 22 of the set 3 registers the ID code of the station 2 to a storing part 23 to transmit the ID code of the set itself 3 to the station 2. The part 12 of the station 2 registers the ID code of the set 3 in a storing part 13 to complete registering. The result of register, etc., is displayed on a display part 14.
