PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe shockless transfer device capable of restraining impact generated at the time of transferring works on a pallet and a carrier carriage. SOLUTION: A stopper device 9 has a stopper 10 arranged on one side of carrier means 3 from which a support 7 is removed and a stopper drive device 11 to elevate and drive the stopper 10, and an input device 8 has a support frame part 13 to oscillate around a horizontal shaft center along a holding positional position to hold an object 4 to place on a support surface 13c and a discharge positional position to discharge the object 4 by tilting of the support surface 13c, a frame drive device 14 to oscillate and drive the support frame 13 and an elevating table device 15 to elevate the support frame 13 and the frame drive device 14 along a lower limit receiving position and an optional inputting position.
