PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control gas quantity (number of revolution) of a fan for cooling by setting an optimum target fan number of revolution from a detection result of the present temperature, outputting a control command for obtaining this target value from a controller and driving and controlling a swash plate driving mechanism part. SOLUTION: A variable displacement hydraulic pump 5 is driven by a driving source 1, pressure oil discharged from this pump 5 is made to flow into an inflow port 7a of a hydraulic motor 7 and a fan for cooling 8 is revolved. The temperature of the driving source 1 or working pressure oil is detected by a temperature detection means 27 and a correspondence relation of the temperature of the driving source 1 or working pressure oil and a target fan number of revolution of the fan for cooling 8 is set by a setting means 13. Further, the target fan number of revolution corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature detection means 27 is determined by capacity control means 13, 17 based on the correspondence relation set by the setting means 13. Capacity of the variable displacement hydraulic pump 5 is changed so that the number of revolution of the fan for cooling 8 may be the target fan number of revolution.
