<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deaerate air in a filling device without wasting a filled liquid. SOLUTION: A method for deaerating air in a passage of a filled liquid comprises a liquid feeding process in which a lower check valve 23 of a filling passage is closed, an upper check valve 61 is opened, and the filled liquid in a liquid tank 14 is fed to the liquid passage up to the upstream side of the lower check valve 23, a primary deaerating process in which the upper check valve 61 is closed, the lower check valve 23 is opened, and the filled liquid is made to flow downstream of the lower check valve 23 so as to replace the filled liquid upstream of the lower check valve 23 by the air downstream of the lower check valve 23, and the air is made to flow between the lower check valve 23 and the upper check valve 61, and a secondary deaerating process in which the lower check valve 23 is closed, the upper check valve 61 is opened, and the air between the lower check valve 23 and the upper check valve 61 is made to flow upstream of the upper check valve 61, and is discharged from the liquid passage through the liquid tank.</p> |
