PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a worker for stepping a brake pedal in a car so as to facilitate the changing work of brake fluid by one person when brake fluid is changed and air mixed into brake fluid is removed. SOLUTION: This pedaling device for exchanging brake fluid consists of a cylinder 2, a cylinder rod 2a which advances and retracts from a tip of the cylinder 2, a switch driving the cylinder rod 2a, a contact plate which is fixed on a basic end side of the cylinder 2 and comes into contact with a seat S in a vehicle, and a pedal pressing member 3 which is fixed on a tip of the cylinder rod 2a and presses a brake pedal P due to the drive of the cylinder 2. The pedal pressing member 3 is provided with a pressing plate part 31 pressing the brake pedal P and a locking plate part 32 in which a basic end is formed at an upper end of the pressing plate part 31 to lock in an upper end of the brake pedal P and an insertion groove in which a support rod A supporting the brake pedal P is inserted is formed.
