The solar collector arrangement has an absorber (10), which is manufactured from plastic. The absorber is partially flowed through a working fluid for solar radiation transparent housings. A unit is provided for isolation of the absorber against thermal losses to the environment. A medium is provided for the regulation of return temperature of the working fluid in or behind the absorber on a temperature range of 90 degree Celsius to 95 degree Celsius. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an absorber for use in a solar heat collector arrangement (2) a method for controlling or regulating the temperature in an absorber.
