PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a wide range of pitch control by preparing a first oscillating part which feeds a system clock to a rotational control part, a signal processing part, a data writing/reading control part and a system control part, and a second oscillating part which feeds the system clock to a reading only control part and varying the second oscillating part. SOLUTION: In a data writing/reading control circuit 12, demodulated sound data are stored in a buffer memory 14 with a signal processing circuit 11, also sound data are read from the buffer memory in order to correct an error, and sound data necessitating an error correction are stored in the buffer memory again after the error correction. An oscillating frequency from a transmitter B: 10 is changed with the operation of a displaying/operating part 16, and a reading clock of the buffer memory and timing of a digital-analog transforming unit DAC: 17 which are proportional to the changed frequency are generated to change a pitch of an output reproducing sound.
