PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small-sized surface mounted type antenna of a 2-frequency shared type with less mutual interference for coping with both radio waves of the linearly polarized waves and circularly polarized waves of mutually different frequencies. SOLUTION: For this surface mounted type antenna 10, a ground electrode 12 is formed on one main surface of a substrate 11 composed of a dielectric in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a first radiation electrode 13 and a second radiation electrode 14 are formed on the other main surface and a power feeding electrode 15 is formed on one end face. For the first radiation electrode 13, one end 13a is put around to the end face where the power feeding electrode 15 is formed and brought closer to the power feeding electrode 15 and the other end 13b is connected to the ground electrode 12. The second radiation electrode 14 is formed in an almost rectangular shape and one side 14a is brought closer to the power feeding electrode 15 on the other main surface of the substrate 11. Thus, it is operated as the antenna with less mutual interference for coping with the two polarized waves of the different frequencies that are the linearly polarized waves and the circularly polarized waves and the surface mounted type antenna is miniaturized.
