PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment which can reduce a user's work coping with a change in a telephone number. SOLUTION: A telephone number of its own station or a call request telephone number are managed in a parameter memory and, when call connection is not established at the time of facsimile communication (S1), when, for example, in a procedure G3, T1 time over is detected at a communication control part, it is displayed to an operation display part (S2). Moreover, the one which adds numbers at the end of an area code of its own station to a leading part of a telephone office number of a call request telephone number is displayed together as an expected telephone number after change (S3).
