PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust and contamination from invading into an apparatus by enclosing an air intake hole and an air takeout hole with a cover when air is not taken in and out. SOLUTION: There are provided air intake holes 21 and air takeout holes 2, 22 in an upper portion of a front surface of an electronic oven 1, which holes are covered with a cover 7. The cover 7 includes a partition plate 71 for preventing air taken in from the air intake hole 21 and air exhausted from the air takeout hole 2 from being mixed. There is an air intake hole in a lower surface of the electronic oven 1, and once a food fan 8 is actuated, air is taken in from the air intake hole into a body 4 and is exhausted to the outside of the electronic oven l through the food fan 8 and the air takeout hole 2. Further, once a fan provided ion a middle frame 11 is actuated, air is taken into an air intake chamber 52 through the air intake hole 21, and is exhausted to the outside of the electronic oven 1 through a heating chamber located interiorly of a door, an air exhaust chamber 32, and an air takeout hole 22.
