摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make air compressor capacity constant, to restrain an increase in cathode blower capacity, and to prevent reduction in power generation efficiency by arranging a humidifying line for supplying a part of steam from an exhaust heat recovering boiler to a cathode between the exhaust heat recovering boiler and the cathode. SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generation plant is provided with a humidifying line 43, the adjusting valve 51, a controller 39, a detector 38 for detecting a battery calorific value and a water recovering device 26, and the humidifying line 43 is arranged between a cathode 13 or a cathode gas supply line 40 and an exhaust heat recovering boiler 20. A change in the battery calorific value is detected by the detector 38 so that a part of steam generated by the exhaust heat recovering boiler 20 is supplied to the cathode gas supply line 40 through the humidifying line 43 in response to an increase in a calorific value. A gas flow rate can be increased without changing capacity of an air compressor 16 by humidifying the plant by the steam. Heat capacity of gas also increases, and since battery cooling capacity per a unit flow rate is enhanced, an increase in a flow rate of a cathode exhaust gas circulating line 41 can be restrained.
