PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a fluid apparatus to control a flow of heat source water. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning device 20 comprises an outdoor unit 21 consisting of a compression device 24, a first outdoor heat-exchanger 25 to heat-exchange air and a refrigerant, a second outdoor heat-exchanger 26 to effect heat-exchange heat between source water and a refrigerant; an indoor heat-exchanger 27; and a heat source machine 23 to circulate heat source water between an indoor unit 22 coupled to an outdoor unit and the second outdoor heat-exchanger. In this air-conditioning device, a control valve 46 to control a flow of heat source water flowing from the heat source machine toward the second outdoor heat-exchanger is disposed on the secondary side (a piping 29B) of the second outdoor heat-exchanger through which heat source water is returned from the second outdoor heat-exchanger to the heat source machine.
