<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circuit scale smaller than the conventional system by allowing one vector detection circuit to detect an n-fold optimum vector search range in a wide area with a one-pixel accuracy. SOLUTION: An n-fold optimum vector search range can be detected by one vector detection circuit in a wide area with one-pixel accuracy. In this circuit, a vector detection circuit 809 inputs selection reference data L and selection search range data (k) and outputs an optimum vector (m) of with n pixel accuracy or one-pixel accuracy. A register 810 fetches vector value when the optimum vector (m) is the output of the n pixel accuracy. An n-fold circuit 811 increases an n pixel accuracy optimum vector (r) outputted from the register 810 by n-fold and outputs an n pixel accuracy optimum vector (p) of a one-pixel scale. An adder 812 adds the vector (p) of a one-pixel scale as an offset vector when the vector (m) is an output of a one-pixel accuracy and outputs a one-pixel accuracy optimum vector (q).</p> |
