PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely adjust a clearance by forming a screw hole from a surface of one of opposite surfaces of a mechanical member to a position close to the other surface while leaving the predetermined thickness of elastic deformation part, and screwing an adjustment screw having a flat tip to the screw hole, and finely rotating the screw in the normal direction and the reverse direction. SOLUTION: A screw hole is formed from a surface of one surface 801 of two opposite surfaces of a mechanical member 8 to a position close to the other surface 802 thereof while leaving the predetermined thickness of an elastic deformation part 805, and a bottom surface 804 is formed into a flat surface. An adjustment screw 9 has the nearly same diameter at a head part 901 and a base part thereof, and a hole 902 for hexagonal wrench is formed at a central part of the head part 901, and a tip 904 of the screw 9 is formed into a flat surface. The adjustment screw 9 is screwed to the screw hole, and finely rotated in the normal and the revers directions so as to increase and decrease the pressure of the tip 904 for pushing the bottom surface 804 of the screw hole, and the projecting dimension of a projecting part 807 provided in the other surface 802 of the mechanical member 8 is thereby finely adjusted. A clearance between the mechanical member and other mechanical member adjacent to the other surface of the described mechanical member can be finely adjusted without disassembling after assembling the mechanical members. The projecting part 807 is formed into a gently sloping shape so as to avoid the generation of damage of other mechanical parts.
