PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of the upward pushing force of a scraping tooth part even when a material adhered to a belt abuts on the scraping tooth part by continuously forming a medium size arch following a large arch of a spring member, and continuously forming the minimum arch following the middle size arch, and fitting a material-adhered-to-belt scraping tooth part to a linear part vertically rising at the end. SOLUTION: In a spring member 1, a left end of a medium size arch is continued to a large arch, and the minimum arch is continued to the medium size arch. Linear parts d1, d2 vertically rising from each right end of the minimum arc and the large arch are continuously formed. The linear part d2 of the large arch is fixed to a support base 2, and a material-adhered-to-belt scraping tooth 3 made of the hard metal is fitted to the linear part d1 of the minimum arch. Upward projection of the material-adhered-to-belt scraping tooth 3 pushes a belt conveyor 15. Material 17 strongly adhered to the conveyor belt 15 can be efficiently scraped.
