PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide many falling hoppers for reducing a residual amount at a non-falling and stacking part, and to erect many pillars for properly holding a heavy tank. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a plurality of open/close falling hoppers 20 on the bottom of a tank at respective circumferential positions having a different distance from the center of the bottom, a hopper open/close means for opening and closing respective falling hoppers 20, a plurality of rotatable disc rings 3 and 4 for receiving sediment falling from each falling hopper 20 at the same circumferential position, support rails 36 and 46 for supporting the rotation of the disc rings 3 and 4, and scrapers 6 and 7 for causing the fall of sediment dropped to and placed on each of the disc rings 3 and 4 to a transfer conveyor. In addition, the each of the disc rings 3 and 4 is held at the same height and the disc ring 3 having a smaller diameter than the disc ring 4 is positioned in the latter ring 4. One transfer conveyor 5 is made to travel under the outer disc ring 4 and positioned so as to face an area under the disc ring 3 of minimum diameter.
