EQUIPMENT FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY PROCESSING WATER-REPELLENTS ON BOTH SIDES

PURPOSE: An equipment for simultaneously processing water-repellents on both sides is provided to improve a processing efficiency of a pulp extirpation by simultaneously forming the pulp extirpation to both sides of an optical lens equipment. CONSTITUTION: Water-repellent processing units(30,40) are arranged to an upper side and a lower side of a substrate holder(22) to a plurality of plastic equipments(24) set to the substrate holder(22). Pulp extirpation film is formed on plastic equipments(24) by the pulp extirpation processing unit(30). The pulp extirpation processing unit(30) has a stainless plate(31) arranged on an upper side of the substrate holder(22) and a halogen lamp(32) arranged on an upper side of the stainless plate(31). A temperature measuring chip(36) is installed to the stainless plate(31).
