PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to realize a high performance by minimizing the number of idle clock cycles owing to a mis prediction CONSTITUTION: A super scalar microprocessor comprises a load/storage part(222) configured to execute a load and storage command. The load/storage part(222) is configured to receive a pointer which is able to confirm the most old outstanding command. The load/storage part comprises a load/storage buffer which is configured to store a pending command of a load and storage format. The load/storage part(222) is configured to complete a plurality of commands stored in the load/storage buffer during one clock cycle.
