<p>A method and terminal for processing a short message is provided in the present invention. The method includes: a transmitting terminal uploads a short message to a website; the link address of a webpage, which is used to display the short message on the website, is obtained; an abstract is extracted from the short message; the abstract and the link address of the short message are sent to a receiving terminal. By applying the present invention, solved is the problem of depressed user experience caused by an exceedingly great amount of original information data, which are still great even after being compressed. Accordingly, the user experience is improved.</p> |
