PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space of the circuit portion of a polyphase motor and its cost, by reducing the number of the switching devices used for controlling the current applications to its windings. SOLUTION: In this polyphase motor, for example, an A-phase winding 21a of respective-phase windings 21a, 21b, 21c of a stator 21 of the motor is wound anticlockwise on a main magnetic pole to make it an N-pole, and the winding of one-side adjacent magnetic pole to this main magnetic pole is wound clockwise on it to give it the different polarity from this main magnetic pole, i.e., to make it an S-pole. Also, the windings of the opposite-side main magnetic pole to this main magnetic pole and the adjacent magnetic pole thereof are wound similarly to this main magnetic pole, etc. Further, B-phase and C-phase windings 21b, 21c are wound similarly to the A-phase winding 21a. One-ends of the respective windings are connected together with a+E power supply terminal to connect respectively the other-ends thereof with the earth via transistors 32, 33, 34. |
