PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a light-reflecting substrate having excellent light-diffusing function which can be produced at a low cost by roughening one surface of a substrate into a fine rugged surface, forming a metal light-reflecting layer, color filter layer and synthetic resin surface flattening layer thereon. SOLUTION: One surface (upper face) of the light-reflecting substrate 20 is roughened into a fine rugged surface 211. For example, a transparent glass plate of soda glass is used for the base body 21. The rough surface 211 is produced by etching with ammonium fluoride to have 0.5 to 5.0 μm DIN 10-point average roughness (RzD) and 10 to 170 μm average distance (Sm). Further the light-reflecting layer 22 made of a metal film such as an aluminum film is formed on the roughened face 211. A color filter layer 23 is formed by electrodeposition method or the like on the light-reflecting layer 22, and further a flat smoothening layer 24 is formed, for example, by applying an acrylic resin with a spinner on the color filter layer 23. |
