PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing shared accidents in an earth leakage breaker resulting from parallel capacitance. SOLUTION: In a system where a plurality of devices 5 are connected with a plurality of transformers 1 with ground through respective ground leakage breakers 4, if sound devices 5B have parallel capacitance 9 when any device 5A develops a line-to-ground fault, the ground-fault current flowing to the parallel capacitance 9 causes a 'shared accident' which causes the ground leakage breakers 4B of the sound devices 5B to trip. To prevent this, a grounding resistor 10 is placed on the ground side of the transformers 1A for the device 5A not provided with parallel capacitance 9, thereby suppressing current to the parallel capacitance 9 at a line-to-ground fault.
