PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid applying stress to a horizontal output circuit at the time of changing the frequency of an inputted signal. SOLUTION: This circuit 61 is provided with a horizontal oscillation circuit 51 provided with a horizontal oscillation IC1. A terminal T12 is connected to respectively one ends of capacitors 8a and 8b and the other end of the capacitor 8a is grounded. The other end of the capacitor 8b is connected to the cathode terminal of a diode 10 and the collector terminal of a transistor 9, the anode terminal of the diode 10 is grounded and the emitter terminal of the transistor 9 is grounded through a resistor 11. The base terminal of the transistor 9 is grounded through a capacitor 13 and connected with the terminal T121 of a microprocessor 12 through a resistor 14. Voltage VT71 is inputted to a terminal T13 and feedback voltage VT31 is inputted to a terminal T15. The circuit 51 generates and outputs the synchronizing signal VT14 of a horizontal synchronizing signal HD inputted to a terminal T11. |
