PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over a position in a wall mount state and a position in a desk-top mount state, without the need for attachment/detachment of a bracket that locks a handset in the wall-mount state by allowing a mount section to hold the bracket slidably between a 1st position, where a locking projection engages with a lock recessed part and a 2nd position where the lock projection does not engage with the lock recessed part. SOLUTION: A bracket 23 has a shaft 232, and an upper notch for bearing 252 and a lower notch for bearing 253 are respectively provided to both sides of a bracket opening 251 of a panel 25. In a wall-mounted state, the shaft 232 of the bracket 23 is inserted to the lower notch for bearing 253 of the panel 25 and nearly the center of a line segment, which ties both ends of the shaft 232 of the bracket 23, is depressed by the panel 25 to hold the bracket by means of a pressing part 241 of a spring 24. Then an energizing section 242 of the spring 24 energizes an upper part of the bracket 23 forward to exert a turning force of the shaft 232 to the bracket 23.
