PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition which has improved low- temperature moldability and high-speed moldability and can give a molding which, when treated with ozone, can form a treated surface having enhanced polarity and improved bondability, coatability, and printability by mixing a polyolefin resin with a compound having an internal unsaturation. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 99.9-50 wt.%, particularly, 99.5-60 wt.% polyolefin resin having a density of 0.91-0.94 g/cm3, particularly, 0.912-0.935 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 0.001-1,000 g/10 min, particularly, 0.1-100 g/10 min, a melt tension of 1.5-25 g, particularly, 3-20 g, an Mw/Mn ratio of 3.0-10, particularly, 4.0-8.0, and 0.4 or above, particularly, 0.4-0.8 terminal vinyl group per 1,000 carbon atoms of a polymer chain and 0.1-50 wt.%, particularly, 1.3-30 wt.% internally unsaturated compound having a melt flow rate of 0.001-1,000 g/10 min, particularly, 0.1-100 g/10 min (under a load of 2.16 kg) and having 0.5-250, particularly, 50-250 internal unsaturations per 103 carbon atoms.
