PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a stabilizer with the sufficient strength and to ensure the smooth side frame crushing and the sufficient crush stroke. SOLUTION: A stabilizer mounting bracket 20 comprises an apex 21a supporting a stabilizer retaining part 24 for rotatably retaining a torsion bar part 11 of a stabilizer 10. It further comprises an upper bracket 21 formed by bending a band-shaped member comprising a front support part 21b bent from a front end part of an apex 21a, extending upward, and comprising a front mount part 21d to be mounted to a side frame 1, and a rear mount part 21e bend from a rear end part of the apex 21a, extending upward, and comprising a rear mount part 21e to be mounted to the side frame, into the approximately hat-shape in a side view.
