PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibration isolating device which can adapt to different vibration patterns at the time of starting hydroextraction and the time of steady state. SOLUTION: In a vibration isolating device 25, an outer tank 23 is elastically suspended in an outer casing via a suspending rod 24 and a helical compression spring 34. The vibration isolating device 25 is provided with a damper body 36 into which the suspending rod 24 is inserted and which slides and comes into frictional contact with the suspending rod 24, and a taper part 24a with its lower part in larger diameter is provided at the lower part of the suspending rod 24 in the sliding range of the damper body 36.
