PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor chain type floating body mooring device capable of preventing breaking of a mooring cable even in the case of being applied into a shallow water area. SOLUTION: A mooring chamber 8 is provided inside a floating body 1, and its lower part is opened by an opening 9 provided at the lower end face of the floating body 1. A mooring chain 4 is extended into the mooring chamber 8 through the opening 9 and horizontally guided by a sprocket 3. The horizontally guided mooring chain 4 is led to an elastic fender 5 provided on the inner side in the mooring chamber 8. The tip of the mooring chain 4 is fitted to the end of the elastic fender 5 after piercing the inside of the elastic fender 5. With such constitution, even if abrupt and excessive tension is applied to the mooring chain 4, this tension is buffered by the horizontal expansion of the elastic fender 5.
