PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously discharging sludge in the state of maintaining vacuum in a tank in a vacuum soil discharge system in a propulsive construction method. SOLUTION: In this continuous sludge disposal device, a sludge throw-in port 2 and an air intake port 3 are provided at the upper part of a disposal device body 1, and the sludge throw-in port 2 is connected to a transfer pipe for transferring sludge, while the air intake port 3 is connected to a vacuum generator. A crushing hopper part 5 with an opening part 6 of cylindrical opening shape at the lower part is included in the disposal device body 1, and a driving shaft 7 piercing the opening part 6 is further provided therein. The driving shaft 7 is provided at its periphery with a training blade 9, and a crushing device part 10 and agitation blades 11 at the lower part, and a sludge delivery port 15 to which a check valve part and a delivery pump 16 are connected is provided below the opening part 6. Crushed sludge is delivered from the cylindrical opening part 6 through a clearance between the internal wall surface of the cylindrical opening part 6 and the external wall surface of the crushing device part 10, agitated and transferred into an optional place by the delivery pump 16. |
