PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently express an overall color tone of a decorated molding without considering a color tone of an injecting resin by sequentially forming a design layer, a colored masking layer and an adhesive layer on a transparent base material sheet containing an acrylic resin as a main component. SOLUTION: A design layer 2 containing an arbitrary coloring agent added and a mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component of the resin of a binder is formed on one side surface of a transparent base material sheet 1 containing an acrylic resins as a main component. Then, a colored masking layer 3 containing a mixture of an inorganic pigment and an organic pigment or a single inorganic pigment added as a coloring agent and a mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or a single vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component of a binder resin is formed.
