PICKER OF HANDLER USING TRAY AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AUTOMATICALLY LOCATION BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A picker of a handler using a tray and a method for detecting automatically a location by using the same is provided to reduce a time for a teaching by performing an easily standardized handler teaching. CONSTITUTION: A picker of a handler using a tray comprises a picker nozzle(100), a vacuum pad(102), a picker up/down cylinder(104), a sensor block(106), an X/Y axis position recognition auto teaching sensor(118), and a vacuum joint portion(110). A method for detecting automatically a location by using the same comprises the steps of: absorbing a semiconductor package by using a picker having a vacuum pad; and recognizing a location data of the semiconductor package by using an optical fiber sensor mounted to the picker.
