PURPOSE: An opener used as a foil cutter is provided to be used as an universal opener by dividedly forming an opener body and making divided upper and lower bodies combined with each other by fitting and by preparing a screw pin for uncorking of a bottle and an opener for a steel bottle cap. CONSTITUTION: An opener body is made of synthetic resin in a U shape. The opener body has an opening(5) and an elastic connecting unit. The body is divided into upper and lower bodies(A1,A2). A connecting groove is formed in a bonding face of the upper body to connect the upper body with the lower body via high frequency attachment. A connecting protrusion(602) is formed in a bonding face of the lower body to be fitted into the connecting groove and attached via high frequency attachment. Cutter mounting bases(20,70) are formed in the bonding faces. In the upper cutter mounting base(20), a fixing protrusion is formed to punch a connecting hole(401) while a cutter support groove(701), a shaft rod(702) or an angular protrusion is formed in the lower cutter mounting base(70). A foil cutter(8) is assembled by connecting two blades via a connecting unit, fitting between the mounting bases and supporting on the shaft rod. An uncorking screw pin, a steel can opener and a screw pin support are formed in the support members of the body. The opener is conveniently assembled by high frequency attachment of the upper and lower bodies after interposing the foil cutter into the cutter mounting part. With the opener, a cap of a steel can as well as foil of a cork are easily removed.
