PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to perform accurate operation although a function circuit is implemented to the semiconductor device having output terminals less than that of the function circuit. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device(10) comprises a function circuit(11) and a selection unit. The function circuit has a 2N-bit input terminal and a 2N-bit output terminal connected to the input terminal of the semiconductor device and performs prescribed operations according to the data inputted from the input terminal. The selection unit selectively outputs the K-bit data among 2N-bit data inputted from the function circuit to the output terminal of the semiconductor device, in response to the selection signal.
