摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram with satisfactory dimensional precision and flatness and capable of being easily sealed with a thin glass with a good yield and high productivity by exposing a hologram in a photosensitive layer formed on the surface of a first surface on a temporary substrate, adhering a second transparent glass plate on the exposed photosensitive layer, and thereafter releasing the temporarily adhered temporary substrate. SOLUTION: A thin transparent glass plate 12 for microlens hologram is prepared, and a temporary substrate 10 as a glass plate having good flatness, high strength and good handling property is prepared. The thin transparent glass plate 12 is temporarily adhered through a releasable adhesive layer 21 (a). A volume type hologram photosensitive layer 23 such as photopolymer is formed on the thin transparent glass plate 12-side surface of a composite substrate 22. A hologram original plate 25 is optically adhered thereon (b). When a duplication illuminating light 27 is incident on the hologram original plate 25 (c), a hologram is duplicated in the volume type hologram photosensitive layer 23.
