PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel off a sheet member easily and cleanly without leaving a sound absorbing member on the surface of a part by picking up and peeling off the sheet member by placing the sheet member between the sound absorbing member and a part to be cemented. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing material 1 is formed from a polyurethane foam sheet 3, a plastic film 4, the first pressure sensitive adhesive 5 formed totally between them, and the second pressure sensitive adhesive 6 formed selectively on the surface on the opposite side to the side on which the adhesive of a plastic foam 4 is formed, the sound absorbing material 1 is adhered to the surface of a metal member 2 through the second adhesive 6. The second adhesive 6 is applied in the shape of belts extending in the same direction at regular intervals, and its total area is equal to or below half of the surface area of the plastic film. By forming the second adhesive partially on the surface of the film 4, the sound absorbing material 1 can be peeled off easily from the metal part 2.
