<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reliability and to reduce cost by providing a shell made of a metal plate, an end cover closing an opening end and a bellows for partitioning the shell to a pressure introduction chamber and a gas chamber and integrally mounting the bellows to the shell. SOLUTION: A steel plate is cut to manufacture a metal circular plate and a whole periphery of a fixed end 33 of a bellows 3 released end is concentrically welded WD1 to the metal circular plate. An outer periphery portion of the welded WD1 portion of the metal circular plate is deep-drawn to a cylindrical shape so as to surround an outer periphery side of the bellows 3 and a cylindrical shell 1 having a bottom comprising a bottom portion 11, a peripheral wall portion 12 and an opening end 13 is molded. A flange 23 of an end cover 2 is fitted with an inner periphery of the opening end 13 and a whole periphery is sealingly joined by a welding WD2 to partition a pressure introduction chamber 1A and a gas chamber 1B. At this time, since the welded WD1 portion is positioned at axially opposite side to the welded WD2 portion, a welding strength is not reduced by melting and deteriorating the welded WD1 portion by a heat of the WD2. Thereby, the numbers of parts and joining steps are reduced, manufacture cost can be reduced and quality is improved.</p> |
