PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a passenger from overturning by providing a seeing through part as an aggregate of a plurality of small holes capable seeing through a footstep moving underside of a getting on/off floor on the getting on/off floor. SOLUTION: A seeing through part 6 is formed out of an aggregate of a plurality of small holes 6A penetrating through the plate thickness of a getting on/off floors 2A, 2B, the diameter and the number are decided considering strength so that the getting on/off floors 2A, 2B do not sink, and they are applied for. Meanwhile, a comb plate 4 is set as a boundary, and it is arranged as the aggregate on the positions of distance La and distance Lb on this side of the footstep 3, namely on the standing position of feet when a passenger moves from a standing posture onto the footstep 3, or reversely on the feet position when a passenger steps out on the getting on/off floors 2A, 2B to ground. Further, the getting on/off floors 2A, 2B can be understood for a get-on passenger in the case of ascent operation, and for a get-off passenger in the case of descent operation.
