PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device to which devices having different operating voltages can easily be connected by reading a control signal addressed to a specified device out of a register corresponding to the device specification and data input/output specification and supplies it to a bidirectional buffer together with the data transmission direction corresponding to the input/output specification. SOLUTION: A control LSI 2 has a register housing a control signal BFEN, addressed to devices 5, 4a and 4b, which specifies whether a 1st and a 2nd bus are connected or disconnected. The control signal BFEN addressed to the specified device is read out of the register corresponding to the device specification and data input/output specification and supplied to the bidirectional buffer 7 together with the data transmission direction BFDIR corresponding to the data input/output specification. In this device, a device having different operating voltages is divisionally connected to the 1st bus 3a and 2nd bus 3b so that devices having substantially the same operating voltage are connected to the same device. Consequently, the devices having the different operating voltages can be incorporated.
