PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a program which correctly recognizes the number of blocks per track of a different disk drive and a program which does not recognize the number of blocks per track of the different disk drive to access a file whose storage destination is changed to the different disk drive correctly fast when the storage destination of the file is changed to the different disk device which is different in the number of blocks per track. SOLUTION: A control means 41 checks whether the number of blocks per track that a program recognizes is equal to the number of blocks per track of a magnetic disk drive 8. A TTR access means 42 accesses the file 81 according to the address outputted by the program when they are equal to each other, and converts the address outputted by the program by using an address converting means 43 when not and accesses the file 81 according to the address obtained by the conversion.
