摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the temp. of a body of which temp. is to be adjusted, adjustable to a specific temperature efficiently, speedily, and accurately in real time simultaneously with actual analyzing operation by bringing a temperature-controlled tube into contact with a temperature controlling tube. SOLUTION: If the temperature-adjusted tube 1 and the temperature adjusting tube 2 are formed in the shape of a hollow tube where the temperature-adjusted body and a temperature adjusting body can be circulated, there is no restriction on its material and properties irrelevantly to whether it is made of a synthetic resin or a metal, or a flexible material. The temperature-adjusted body is circulated in the temperature-adjusted tube 1 and the temperature adjusting body is circulated in the temperature adjusting tube 2. The temperature-adjusted adjusting tube 2 is brought into contact with the temperature-adjusted tube 1 to transmit the temperature of the temperature adjusting body circulated in the temperature adjusting tube 2 to the temperature-adjusted body circulated in the temperature-adjusted tube 1 and while the temperature-adjusted body is circulated in the temperature-adjusted tube 1, the temperature-adjusted tube 2 is adjusted to specific temperature, i.e., the same temperature as the temperature adjusting body circulated in the temperature adjusting tube 2.
