PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a situation as to forget to write back backup data for job after loading data for a test to a volume and performing a test operation. SOLUTION: A CPU 6 updates the date of that day as a date when a volume 2 is operated in an external storage 1 after starting the device and before terminating the device, decides whether the information of a date on which the volume 2 is operated, based on calendar information 9, is matched with the work day just before the date of that day inputted from an inputting part 4 and outputs a warning when mismatched.
