PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the voltage fluctuation, which occurs on another peripheral load at the time of ON/OFF of a load, within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: When the switch of a load component 512 is turned on, a current flows from a rated AC power source 510 to a zero cross detecting circuit 520. In the zero cross detecting circuit 520, the zero cross point of a current waveform is detected and inputted to an output control circuit 522. Concerning the output control circuit 522, a thinning pattern is previously selected and by counting the zero cross points, a signal corresponding to this thinning pattern is inputted to an SSR 524. According to the thinning pattern, the SSR 524 repeats conductive and non-conductive states with one cycle of the current waveform as one unit. In the conductive state, the current flows from the rated AC power source 510 to the load component 512. Thus, the average value of current flowing to the load component 512 is decreased to the prescribed ratio in respect to all the outputs of the rated AC power source 510. |
