PURPOSE: A sludge incinerating device is provided to reduce extra fuel and to increase flow burning efficiency by keeping the burning condition inside a flow layer. CONSTITUTION: A sludge incinerating device contains; a dry distiller(101) generating dry distilled gas by dry distilling solid waste; a first burner(132) igniting and boosting temperature using dry distilled gas from the dry distiller; a second burner(133) placed near the first burner and using general fuel; an air spraying device supplying air firstly and placed in the lower incinerator; an obstacle plate inside the incinerator placed on the central incinerator; a second air injecting hole and a third air injecting hole(136) spraying air in a direction of contacting with the central incinerator; and an automatic control device(138) controlling the distilling speed of the dry distiller and controlling air flow that is supplied to the flow layer incinerator.
