摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inner mechanism from being damaged by an error usage by providing a rotating member rotatably provided to a shaft, a groove formed in its one side, and a ring member fitted in the groove, transmitting the rotating force of the shaft by the pressure contact with the rotating member, and rotatably semi-fixing the rotating member to the shaft. SOLUTION: A coarse movement handle 80 is connected to a feed screw shaft 81 via a reduction gear 86 and the feed screw shaft 81 rotated by the operation of the coarse movement handle 80. The feed screw shaft 81 has a screw part 82 formed therein and a stage 84 moves in the axial direction of the feed screw shaft 81 via the stage support 83 threadly engaged with the screw part 82. When a fine movement handle 85 is operated, its rotation is decelerated by each reduction gear 86-89 in order, transmitted to the feed shaft 81, and finely moves the stage 84. When a semi-fixing mechanism 91 is provided and a prescribed rotating force or more is applied to the shaft 90, the reduction gear 88 is idlely rotated about the shaft 90 so as to prevent the reduction gear 88 from being damaged, even if the fine movement handle 85 is used wrongly.
